Nike SB’s most popular model (and probably the most popular skate shoe of all time), the Janoski, gets another make-over, just in time for its 10th anniversary. It’s called the RM experience, with RM being short for “remastered.” But don’t get too alarmed, because Nike SB sure as shit wasn’t gonna fuck with the shoe’s design, of course, so it’s a technical upgrade rather than a cosmetic one. Introducing a new, larger Zoom Air unit in the heel, the Janoski RM provides an elevated drop-in sockliner for enhanced stability, as well as a more flexible outsole. In addition, the sole’s lighter compared to the original, as well, so that’s something to consider if you’re weight sensitive. Also, the RM line is introduced as a special edition which features a summit white upper and a gum toe bumper on the tip of the outsole. For a maximum of minimalism, the upper is made from luxury suede and features a perforated Swoosh. The RM collection comprises the classic Zoom Janoski, as well as a Velcro strap and a slip-on variant. You can buy each of them at our web shop and at our store in Frankfurt.
